We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, including single reports, bulk packs, and membership plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

If you have used 3 or more credits, we will issue a partial refund for the unused portion of the pack, calculated at the single-report rate ($4.99 per used credit).
If you are on your first month of a membership plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription date, regardless of the number of reports generated.
