1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RankLens provides automated SEO audit reports for websites. Users submit a URL, and the Service generates a comprehensive analysis of SEO issues, scores, and recommended fixes, delivered as a downloadable PDF report.

3. Account Registration

Some features may require account creation. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect on your next billing cycle.

4.2 Pay-Per-Report

Single reports and bulk packs are one-time purchases. Report credits do not expire and can be used at any time after purchase.

4.3 Membership Plans

Membership plans are billed monthly. Report credits refresh at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period unless you are on the Premium Plan, which includes rollover credits.

4.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to audit
  • Resell reports generated by the Service without authorization
  • Overload, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond its intended use

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and report formats — are owned by RankLens and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or business use. You may share reports with clients and stakeholders but may not resell access to the report generation service itself.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results or data provided in reports will be completely accurate
  • Any defects in the Service will be corrected

SEO audit reports are informational tools and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions. We recommend consulting with a qualified SEO professional for critical matters.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankLens and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to membership features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
